FTW LLC warrants to the original purchaser that every Hopper® drone will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.
"Covered Products" are any FTW Hopper® drones sold by FTW LLC directly or through an Authorized Reseller. This warranty applies to defects discovered within the Warranty Period while the product remains in the possession of the original purchaser.
The Warranty Period is the LIFETIME of the Covered Product starting from the date of original purchase, as documented by valid proof of purchase.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, FTW LLC will, at its option:
You may be responsible for shipping charges for the delivery of a repaired or replacement product. Any replacement will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

This Lifetime Limited Product Warranty is governed by the laws of California, USA. No employee of FTW LLC or any Authorized Reseller is authorized to make any modification or addition to this warranty.
