FTW LLC warrants to the original purchaser that every Hopper® drone will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the product.
"Covered Products" are any FTW Hopper® drones sold by FTW LLC directly or through an Authorized Reseller. This warranty applies to defects discovered within the Warranty Period while the product remains in the possession of the original purchaser.
The Warranty Period is the LIFETIME of the Covered Product starting from the date of original purchase, as documented by valid proof of purchase.
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, FTW LLC will, at its option:
You may be responsible for shipping charges for the delivery of a repaired or replacement product. Any replacement will be warranted for the remainder of the original Warranty Period.

This Lifetime Limited Product Warranty is governed by the laws of California, USA. No employee of FTW LLC or any Authorized Reseller is authorized to make any modification or addition to this warranty.

Some of you bought the very first Hopper in 2023. You believed before it was easy to, and we made you a promise, that it would get better, and better, and better.
We meant it every time we said we were close. We genuinely believed it, every time. The truth is it was harder than we imagined. Way, way harder. It took longer and cost more, in every sense, than we could have known. But we stood in it. For years. And then came the breakthrough.

FTW is one of the few American drone companies that owns its entire telemetry and flight control stack. Wholly owned. Zero outside dependency. And it’s genuinely good. We have been teaching and learning on real systems, across the country, the whole way.
